Kitson & Co is a gourmet sandwich shop located in downtown Toronto’s trendy Queen West neighborhood. The new space is industrial in design with exposed concrete floors, wood furniture and stone finishings. Floor to ceiling windows perfectly accent the neutral, earth tone colours. Kitson & Co’s full menu includes a variety of nine sandwiches from the triple bacon BLT and pulled jerk chicken to Philly Cheesesteak and the classic Italian Muffalletta.

All menu items will incorporate homemade ingredients including bread and butter pickles, smoked back bacon, asian mayonnaise, lemon avocado aioli, yogurt tahini and Granny’s coleslaw.

“I love to eat food that is high quality, made well and delicious. I have transferred this simple philosophy to my new restaurant,” boasts Kitson Vincent, owner of Kitson & Co. Vincent studied at Liason College Culinary School and worked in various Toronto restaurants before moving to Florence to become a chef. He has a passion for bringing happiness to family and friends through cooking. “I want to offer people a unique sandwich experience, I want them to come back over and over again because they are not able to get sandwiches this good anywhere else in Toronto.”

Working alongside Vincent is Executive Chef Ava Kerr. Ava attended Humber College to become a chef and continued her culinary studies at George Brown College in Food and Nutrition Management. “I have been cooking for over 10 years, it is my passion. I am honoured and excited to give Toronto the best gourmet sandwiches they have ever had!”
